Bathroom Restoration
Our client did not know where to start when he found water damage extending from the bathroom into the laundry room.
We came in and replaced the entire subfloor, flooring, vanity, drywall and paint.
Interior Remodel
In this project we had a firm timeline. Our client had to move out while the project was underway. To save our client money and time we created a specific timeline and organized our contractors back-to-back.
This project consisted of new flooring, new trim, new paint, tile work, and structural repair of the stairs.
Full Kitchen Remodel
This was a full kitchen remodel. Our client reached out wondering what options there were for a new layout.
We removed a wall and opened the area to maximize the space.
This project consisted of leveling the subfloor, installing new flooring, custom kitchen cabinets & Countertops, removing a wall, full electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, texture, new paint, and full installation of appliances.
Dry Rot Damage
Our client reached out with concerns that there was dry rot damage round windows and belly band.
Once our crews inspected significantly more dry rot was found.
We moved quickly to avoid leaving the home exposed.
This project consisted of 60% exterior trim replacement, 40% siding replacement, and new paint.
Exterior Restoration
This project consisted of Lead paint removal and restoration of the existing design.
Corbels were custom made to match the existing ones and all siding had to be scraped and repainted. Minor siding repairs were conducted on the areas where the siding had been exposed and water damage had developed.
Siding & Porch
For this project, we removed all the existing corner trim and replaced it with new composite trim. Removed the old porch boards and columns and replaced them with new composite trim and Trex decking as well as railing. To complete this project, the entire home and porch was painted.
Siding & Windows
This project was originally just a siding replacement. Our client had already purchased windows. When we arrived to measure the project, we discovered the windows were not the right size. We retro fitted the windows and installed new lap siding. The entire home was painted to give this home a fresh look.
Custom Homes
We have over two decades in building custom homes.

Deck
This was a small deck project back porch project. We removed the back porch and installed a much bigger and sustainable porch.
We used Trex select decking with transcend railing.
Daylight Basement & Bathrooms
This project consisted of two full bathroom remodels and an entire basement update.
In the basement there were some structural adjustments such as opening a window, adding a door, and making an opening from the main area into a cellar.
Both bathrooms were updated with new tile, electrical, plumbing and all new fixtures.
The showers were all made walk-ins with frameless glass.
