A great benefit of hiring a General Contractor is they ensure you have all necessary County and City permitting for your project. Don’t get stuck with someone who cuts corners. Always do your own research and be sure whoever you hire has contacted the city and confirmed permitting is/isn’t needed.

Remember, Oregon Law requires people selling their homes to disclose all remodeling work performed on their home, including whether or not permits were obtained.
